In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our temple operations, ensuring a peaceful and enriching experience for our visitors and adherents.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the temple, including scheduling and coordinating religious services and ceremonies.
• Provide spiritual guidance and support to temple attendees and community members.
• Recruit and train temple staff and volunteers, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the temple facilities, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with temple committees and community leaders to plan and organize special events and celebrations.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote temple engagement and membership growth.
• Manage temple resources and budgets, ensuring financial sustainability.
• Represent the organization in interfaith dialogue and community outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Religion, Theology, or a related field.
• Ordained as a religious leader within a recognized spiritual tradition.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a temple or religious organization.
• Deep knowledge of religious texts, rituals, and traditions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide compassionate spiritual guidance.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective leadership and team-building skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
