    Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire a CBO Digital - Confidential for Mumbai location

    Role:

    - Develop and implement sales plans for Growth's verticals.

    - Spearhead profitable sales growth across all channels.

    - Manage and optimize LTV/CAC across channels.

    - Enhance market share and visibility in digital channels.

    - Provide guidance to teams overseeing website operations, e-commerce platforms, apps, content platforms, and other digital D2C initiatives.

    - Take ownership of key metrics including Sales, Traffic Engagement, LTV/CAC, NPS, and S&OP.

    - Establish and manage an effective acquisition funnel with diverse sources and strong customer loyalty.

    - Drive marketing channel performance, manage budgets, and maximize ROI.

    - Take charge of revenue generation from e-commerce and digital marketplaces.

    - Develop, implement, and oversee S&OP and channel marketing programs.

    - Strategically increase market share in marketplaces through product enhancements, marketing efforts, and tactical interventions.

    - Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with marketplace partners.

    - Collaborate with product and brand teams to achieve sales objectives.

    Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.

    A passion for numerical analysis.

    Exceptional problem-solving skills.

    Strong planning and analytical skills with a penchant for innovative thinking.
