Position - Field Operations Manager

Experience – 3+ years

Education – Graduation

Location – Delhi, Mathura, Aligarh, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, Gorakhpur, Hardoi

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of technicians and field executives to meet operational goals.
• Handle operational tasks for ticket closure and monitor driver/partner escalations.
• Optimise service hub operations through team management and OEM coordination.
• Create and maintain inventory flow and daily MIS reports for all service hubs.
• Collaborate across functions to onboard new drivers and partners onto the Battery Smart network.
• Support team on various aspects such as HR, Operations, Communication, Inventory, etc, while developing cost-effective solutions.
