As a Field Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting fieldwork, collecting and analyzing data, and developing and implementing evaluative resources.

Job Description:

• Conduct fieldwork in Microfinance, including site inspections and data collection.
• Analyze data and develop recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with project beneficiaries and support staff to ensure effective project implementation.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Microfinance fieldwork, with proficiency in Accounting and Excel skills.
• Ability to collect and analyze data, and develop effective evaluative resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
