Role & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for interacting with counsellors of Propelld partnered training
Institutes.
• Interacting and following up with student borrowers
• Co-ordinating for loan process approval, logistics and documentation to
final disbursal of loan to the student.
• Maintaining customer focus at all times and responding to customer
enquiries over email, phone and chat.
• Maintaining knowledge of all existing and upcoming products/services of
the company.
• Capturing customer feedback and channelizing to internal teams for
appropriate action.
• Monitoring real-time dashboards and coordinating with experts whenever required.
Required SkillSet:
• Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented, people-person;
• Strong multi-tasking skills;
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
