    Job Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources Administrator. As the Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support our HR department. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role
    • Solid understanding of HR practices and procedures
    • Proficient in using HR software and MS Office
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
    • Knowledge of accounting and Prime tally software is a plus
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Prior experience in office administration is desirable

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
    • Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents
    • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
    • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
    • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
    • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
    • Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary HR-related information
    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
    • Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and procedures
