InfrastructureSetup:
Spearhead the design and implementation of the IT infrastructurefor the new office including networking servers andworkstations.
Collaborate withvendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient deploymentof hardware andsoftware.
NetworkSecurity:
Implement and manage robust firewall configurations to safeguardthe organizations data andsystems.
Monitor and respond tosecurity incidents ensuring the integrity and confidentiality ofsensitiveinformation.
CommunicationSystems:
Deploy and maintain an effective intercom system forseamless communication within theoffice.
Collaborate withtelecommunications providers to optimize connectivity and ensurereliable communicationchannels.
SwitchingandRouting:
Configure and manage L2 and L3 switches to optimizenetwork performance and ensurescalability.
Troubleshoot networkissues and implement solutions to minimizedowntime.
ISMSProcesses:
Establish and maintain Information Security ManagementSystem (ISMS) processes to safeguard the organization against cyberthreats.
Conduct regular riskassessments and implement necessary controls to mitigate potentialsecurityrisks.
SystemMaintenance:
Perform regular system updates patches and upgrades toensure all systems are running at peakefficiency.
Conduct routinesystem audits and implement improvements to enhance overallperformance.
DocumentationandTraining:
Develop comprehensive documentation for IT systems processes andprocedures.
Provide training andsupport to endusers on IT best practices and securityawareness.
VendorManagement:
Engage with IT vendors to ensure timely delivery of services andresolve any issues that mayarise.
Evaluate and recommend newtechnologies and solutions to enhance the ITinfrastructure.
HardwareTroubleshooting:
Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware issues in laptopsfrom major manufacturers including Apple Lenovo HP andDell.
Experience withtroubleshooting hardware components such as processors memorystorage andperipherals.
OperatingSystems:
Expertise in troubleshooting and providing technicalsupport for both Windows and Ubuntu operating systems onlaptops.
Ability to resolvesoftwarerelated issues install updates and optimize systemperformance.
DeviceCompatibility:
Indepth knowledge of ensuring compatibilitybetween various laptop models and operating systems.
Familiarity with drivers and firmware updates to enhance devicefunctionality.
RemoteSupport:
Proven experience in providing remote support for laptoprelatedissues ensuring minimal disruption for remote or travelingemployees.
Utilizeremote assistance tools effectively to troubleshoot and resolveproblems.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or relatedfield.
  
• Proven experience as a SeniorIT Administrator or similarrole.
  
• Indepth knowledge ofnetworking protocols security frameworks and systemadministration.
  
• Strong expertise inconfiguring and managing firewalls L2/L3 switches and intercomsystems.
  
• Experience with InformationSecurity Management Systems (ISMS)processes.
  
• Excellent troubleshootingand problemsolving skills.
  
• Strongcommunication and interpersonalabilities.
  
• Relevant certificationssuch as CCNA CCNP CISSP orequivalent.
  
• Azure / Cloud advancedrouting experience is aplus.
