    Overview:

    The role of aTelecaller is integral to our organization as they are the firstpoint of contact for our customers. Telecallers play a crucial rolein driving sales providing excellent customer service andmaintaining strong relationships with ourclients.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Make outbound callsto potential customers
    • Answer incoming callsfrom prospective customers
    • Understand customerneeds and requirements
    • Explain products orservices to potential customers
    • Manage andresolve customer complaints
    • Obtain and documentcustomer information
    • Maintain a knowledge ofall products and services offered
    • Provideinformation about products and services tocustomers
    • Enter and update customer informationin the database
    • Keep records of calls andsales
    • Follow up on initialcontacts
    • Conduct customer and marketresearch
    • Meet daily weekly and monthly calltargets
    • Coordinate with sales and marketingteams
    • Adhere to communication scripts andguidelines

    RequiredQualifications:

    • High school diplomaor equivalent
    • Proven work experience as aTelecaller or similar role
    • Proficient inrelevant computer applications
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
    • Abilityto handle rejection and stress in a fastpacedenvironment
    • Good knowledge of sales andcustomer service practices
    • Strong phone andverbal communication skills
    • Ability tomultitask and manage time effectively
    • Fluencyin multiple languages may beadvantageous
    • Experience in customerrelationship management systems is aplus
    • Problemsolving skills and a positiveattitude
    • Flexibility to work variousshifts
    • Proven track record of successfullymeeting sales quotas or targets
    • Anunderstanding of the sales process anddynamics
    • Ability to work independently and aspart of ateam
