    Jobrole &responsibilities
    1. TechnicalLeadership: Lead and guide a team of React developers ensuring thesuccessful delivery of highquality softwaresolutions.
    2. Architectural Design: Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to design scalable and maintainableReact applications leveraging best practices and emergingtechnologies.
    3. Code Reviews: Conduct regularcode reviews to ensure code quality adherence to coding standardsand knowledge sharing within the team.
    4. HandsonDevelopment: Actively participate in the development processcontributing highquality code andsolutions.
    5. Mentorship: Provide mentorship andtechnical guidance to team members fostering a culture ofcontinuous learning andimprovement.
    6. Collaboration: Collaborate withproduct managers designers and other stakeholders to understandrequirements and translate them into technicalsolutions.
    7. Performance Optimization: Identifyand address performance bottlenecks ensuring applications areoptimized for speed andscalability.
    8. Documentation: Create and maintaincomprehensive technical documentation for both internal andexternalstakeholders.
    Requirements:
    1. Provenexperience as a Lead React Developer or similarrole.
    2. Strong proficiency in Next.jsJavaScript and TypeScript.
    3. Experience inleading and mentoring development teams.
    4. Solidunderstanding of frontend architecture design patterns and bestpractices.
    5. Demonstrated ability to design andimplement scalable and maintainable softwaresolutions.
    6. Excellent problemsolving anddebugging skills.
    7. Strong communication andcollaboration skills.
    8. Bachelors degree inComputer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalentexperience).
