    8,00,000-10,00,000

    Required Qualification:

    Need candidate experience min 5-6 years of Channel sales and direct sales

    candidate working in leading Real Estate companies like Godrej Properties, Hiranandani, Shapoorjee Real Estate, Oberoi Realty, Wadhwa Group, Kalpatru, Omkar Realtors & Developers, Lodha, Raheja, Piramal Realty

    Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field. B Arch preferred.

    Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

    excellent organizational skills

    Job Description (Site Head/Cluster Head)

    Generating client leads sell a property

    Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

    Responsible for Market research and surveys

    Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships

    Strong Network for corporate and society activities to generate leads for the project

    Strong Business development skills to generate revenue from the market

    Activating Institutional Channel Partners and International property consultants for the company

    Responsible to generate 70% of the walk ins through Channel partners for respective site

    Building reliable Strategy to research on Channel Partner activation for the site

    Responsible for achieving Individual as well as team sourcing Target set by the management

    Participating in various exhibitions and activities to generate leads for the company

    Create, maintain and follow day to day various types sales reports

    Come up with new sales ideas or strategies and keep an eye on the market trends by analytical tool

    Competition Tracking on regular interval and analysis for the same

    Strictly following the deadline given by the management for all the tasks allocated

    Making the SOP's for sales and site

    Analyzing the business potential and implementing the plan to drive the channel sales and achieve the targets

    Organizing the High tea and Channel partner meets on smaller and big platforms

    May perform other duties as assigned by management

    Play a key role during various stages of channel partner engagement program and help the team members to develop strong and long term relationship

    Showing properties to potential buyers and renters

    Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
