Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Asstt./Manager - Design at Abhibhasya Pvt Ltd in Noida. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to interior design, including conceptualization, space planning, material selection, creating design layouts, and collaborating with clients and vendors. The role also includes overseeing execution and ensuring adherence to design standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
• Strong visualization and conceptualization skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Previous experience in interior design or architecture is a must.
• Minimum 6-7 years of design experience, experience with 3D design packages is a must.
• Individual will be responsible for handling a team.
• The current team is and will be responsible for layout preparation, prepqration of BOQ, MEP drawings, Elevations and other detailings and help Projects team in successful execution.
• Should be open to travel.
  

Remuneration:

Commensurate with your experience. Hike will be given on your existing CTC.
