This is a full-time remote role for a Caller at moCal. As a Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our scheduling platform, and explaining its benefits. You will also handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries or issues and provide necessary support. Additionally, you may be tasked with collecting feedback from customers to help improve our product and services.

• Ability to effectively explain and promote a product or service
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide support
• Experience in using scheduling or calendar software is a plus
