• Weare seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join ourproduction team in the role of Production Officer to SeniorExecutive for Dry Powdered Inhaler (DPI). The ideal candidate willbe responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes relatedto DPI products ensuring compliance with regulatory standards andmaintaining highquality standards throughout the productionprocess.
  
• KeyResponsibilities:
  
• Executeand oversee all activities related to the manufacturing of DryPowdered Inhaler (DPI) products including blending granulationcompression filling andpackaging.
  
• Ensureadherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Standard OperatingProcedures (SOPs) and other regulatory requirements during allstages ofproduction.
  
• Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including Quality Assurance QualityControl Engineering and Regulatory Affairs to ensure timelyproduction and release of DPIproducts.
  
• Troubleshootany production issues or deviations implement corrective andpreventive actions (CAPAs) and document all activities inaccordance with companypolicies.
  
• Optimizemanufacturing processes to improve efficiency reduce costs andenhance product quality while maintaining compliance withregulatorystandards.
  
• Conducttraining sessions for production staff on new processes equipmentand safety procedures to ensure a skilled and knowledgeableworkforce.
  
• Participatein internal and external audits providing necessary documentationand support to ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements.
  
• Maintainaccurate production records batch documentation and inventoryrecords to facilitate product traceability andaccountability.
  
• Stayupdated on industry trends technological advancements andregulatory changes related to DPI manufacturing processes andimplement best practicesaccordingly.
  
• Upholda culture of safety quality and continuous improvement within theproduction department promoting a positive work environment andfostering teamwork andcollaboration.
  

Requirements

• Indepthknowledge of GMP regulations quality systems and regulatoryrequirements applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  
• Stronganalytical skills and problemsolving abilities with the ability totroubleshoot technical issues and implement effectivesolutions.
  
• Excellentcommunication skills both written and verbal with the ability tointeract effectively with crossfunctional teams andstakeholders.
  
• Provenleadership abilities with experience in managing production teamsand driving performanceimprovements.
  
• Abilityto work independently prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines ina fastpaced manufacturingenvironment.
  

B.pharma/ M.pharma. In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations, qualitysystems, and regulatory requirements applicable to pharmaceuticalmanufacturing. Strong analytical skills and problem-solvingabilities, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues andimplement effective solutions. Excellent communication skills, bothwritten and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively withcross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proven leadershipabilities, with experience in managing production teams and drivingperformance improvements. Ability to work independently, prioritizetasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturingenvironment.
