- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a US accent
- Engage in natural and persuasive conversation to generate interest in our products/services
- Identify the needs and pain points of the prospect and offer solutions
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to follow up and close the sale
- Document all calls and relevant information accurately in our CRM system
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the outbound call center or appointment-setting role
- Native or fluent English speaker with a clear US accent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
