This is a full-time remote role for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, and maintenance & repair of our automated solutions. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work independently to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and to provide timely support to our customers.

• Troubleshooting, Field Service, and Technical Support skills
• Experience in maintenance & repair of automated machinery
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
