Job brief

We are looking for a professional IT Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate

organizations IT operations. Will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency

through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

Responsibilities

Ensure proper functioning of the CRM Application, Billing System, Website.

Being the SPOC for process related issues and changes

Vendor co-ordination for enhancements/bug fixing for Billing, CRM and website

Delivering timely solutions and services to stakeholders and customers

Monitoring SLA management to ensure continuous improvement in delivering value.

Efficiently utilization of all available resources in IT Operations team (people, systems,

knowledge) to ensure timely, cost efficient and quality delivery to stakeholders

Stakeholder and Team Management.

Requirements

Extensive knowledge of SQL operations and query/functions writing and operations.

(mysql/MSSQL)

Good writing skills specifically Business requirement documents

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation

Leadership and organisational skills

Education and/or Experience

Bachelors degree (B. E) or equivalent from four-year College or technical school; and a

minimum of 4-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of

education and experience.

Have working experience of more than 5 years in the IT domain.
