Description

• Head the entire finance & accounting function.
• Manage & supervise the Accounting Team, our policies and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Creation of periodic financial statements.
• Prepare and maintain forecasts for cash flow and projections to effectively manage cash balances.
• Create P&L analysis for various business units individually.
• Increase efficiencies of financial & accounting processes.
• Preparation of annual budget and periodic forecasts with help from senior management.
• Coordinate the preparation of audits and tax returns with external firms.
• Assist in maintaining all corporate records and accounts.
• Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

• 2+ years of working in a technology company is preferred.
• Fulltime MBA Finance with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience.
• Strong work ethic, accountability with team management skills.
