    Following are the indicative responsibilities -1) Design and deploy the HR strategy and operating model

    2) Governance of the talent programs spanning 200+ leaders across Bands

    3) Drive the program structure of the development initiatives across the Group with clear ROI

    4) Anchor the succession management process for all 80+ critical roles across the Group.

    5) Drive talent development and retention strategies aligned with the compensation philosophy

    6) Drive the diversity program across the Group

    The incumbent needs to have strong conceptual and domain HR expertise along with program management skills.

    Work location is in Thane.

    This is an individual contributor role. Ideal candidate should have worked in COE roles.
