    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Flight Reservations:
    • Utilize Amadeus to make flight reservations according to customer preferences and specifications.
    • Provide information on flight options, schedules, and fares to assist customers in making informed decisions.
    1. Ticketing and Issuance:
    • Issue electronic and paper tickets using Amadeus system, ensuring accuracy in passenger details and travel information.
    • Verify ticket information, including pricing, rules, and restrictions.
    1. Customer Service:
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to air travel.
    • Assist passengers with rebooking, cancellations, and modifications to existing reservations.
    1. Documentation:
    • Ensure all necessary travel documents and visas are in order before completing ticket issuance.
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of transactions and customer interactions.
    1. Compliance and Regulations:
    • Stay informed about airline policies, industry regulations, and changes in Amadeus functionality.
    • Ensure compliance with airline and industry standards in all ticketing procedures.
    1. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with colleagues, airline representatives, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide efficient service.
    • Work closely with other departments to coordinate travel arrangements for group bookings or special requests.
    1. Problem Resolution:
    • Address and resolve booking discrepancies, payment issues, and other challenges that may arise during the ticketing process.
    1. Continuous Learning:
    • Stay updated on Amadeus system updates and enhancements through training sessions and self-directed learning.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven experience as an Air Ticketing Agent with expertise in Amadeus.
    • Strong knowledge of airline industry practices, fare structures, and ticketing procedures.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Familiarity with travel regulations and visa requirements.
    • Proficient in using Amadeus system for flight reservations and ticketing.

    Education and Certification:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in travel and tourism is a plus).
    • Certification in Amadeus system operations.
