- Strong knowledge and experience in ALV Reports, User Exits, BAPI, IDoc, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience in system analysis, design, development, testing, and support
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with SAP ABAP development tools and methodologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
