    About Us:

    We are seeking an experienced and innovative Lead JavaScript Developer to join our team and lead our front-end or full-stack development efforts.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage a team of JavaScript developers to deliver high-quality front-end or full-stack solutions.

    Architect, design, and develop scalable, maintainable, and efficient web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, ).Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

    Mentor and coach junior developers, guiding best practices, code reviews, and technical challenges.
    Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the development process when appropriate.
    Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards through code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
    Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and databases.


    Javascript:

    jQuery Proficiency:
    Knowledge in jQuery, encompassing DOM manipulation, event handling, AJAX requests, and animation effects, to enhance user experience and streamline development processes

    Asynchronous programming:
    Promises, Async-await, Callbacks, Observables, Generators etc

    Browser:

    Documents, Events and Interfaces:

    Browser APIs, Events & event loop, DOM manipulation & tree, FormsRedux: Understanding of redux FundamentalsJavascript fundamentals: Operators, Objects, Data types, Advanced working with functions, Variable scope, closures, hoisting, polyfills, Currying, ES7/8/9 etc.


    Requirements:


    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.8+ years of experience in JavaScript development with expertise in front-end or full-stack development.

    Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, ) and related technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

    Strong understanding of front-end development principles, including component-based architecture, state management, and client-side routing.
    Experience with back-end technologies and server-side development , , etc.) is a plus.
    Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience leading and managing development teams.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
