- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Graphic Design
- Demonstrated ability in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Excellent knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout, and design principles and trends
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, collaborating with copywriters, photographers, and other designers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to take constructive criticism and feedback and translate into design improvements
- Experience with HTML/CSS and front-end web development is a plus
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus

Role Description
This is a full-time, Graphic Designer role for Left of Centre Marketing LLP. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and designing visual content for digital and print platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading the visual identity and branding for campaigns and projects.
