    Experience- 10+ years

    Location- Noida and Bangalore

    Shift- 5:00pm to 2:30am (work from office)

    Roles and Responsibilities: -

    1. Act as a single point of contact for associates for HR related requirements and associate queries
    2. Implement various associate engagement initiatives within the IBU/Department.
    3. Ensure adequate communication with associates to ensure adherence to HR policies and processes
    4. Facilitating associate communication within the IBU and provides a platform to raise their concerns and opinions through regular HR Meetings, Skips and Coffee Meets.
    5. Facilitating associate development, motivation, engagement and retention through employee development programs and various HR initiatives
    6. Improved associate Relations through associate counseling and mentoring
    7. Handle floor discipline and disciplinary requirements within the IBU
    8. Handle unit specific data and reporting requirements
    9. Provide feedback to the management on all HR issues and on company policies
    10. Management of Employee Lifecycle
    11. Act as a facilitator in resolving associate's grievances

    5. Level of Supervision - able to work proactively and on own initiative without detailed guidance and ability to think through problems logically
