    Description

    You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide first-line technical support to users experiencing issues with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to account access, email delivery, application errors, and other Microsoft 365-related problems.
    • Log and track support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of incidents.
    • Assist users with basic configuration tasks such as setting up email accounts, managing user permissions, and configuring security settings within the Microsoft 365 environment.
    • Educate users on best practices for using Microsoft 365 applications effectively and efficiently.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred with experience of 3 plus years
    • Previous experience in a technical support role with expertise in Microsoft 365 applications and services.
    • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 components and features, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting common Microsoft 365 issues and errors.
    • Familiarity with administration tools such as the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
    • Candidate must be based in Bengaluru for this role
