Company is an international, knowledge-based group that supplies high technology systems and solutions to customers in the oil and gas industry, the merchant marine, Digital and the defence and aerospace industries.

Position - Service Engineers Merchant Automation

Skills set Merchant Automation, Switchboard and Control Systems

Experience

2+ years of relevant experience in Maritime industry with

good track record.

Experience in Marine Automation and control systems.

Good understanding and knowledge of Marine Automation

products, systems, their functionality, and applications.

Meticulous & methodical approach to case handling.

Basic knowledge on Marine Automation, Switchboard,

Control Systems and Engines.

Salary Budget Up to 10 LPA

Notice period 1 month (Immediate joiner preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair

on designated equipment.

Completing Preventative Maintenance and field

modifications.

Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such

as maintaining customer service logs and internal service

records in a timely manner.

Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure

resolution and proper follow-up.

Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health

and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory

requirements.

Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service

delivery issues.

Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as

new contracts, contract renewals and system sales.

Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient

service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.

Adhering to current regulatory requirements

Travel:-

Extensive travel whenever required.

Prepared to travel on short notice.

To possess valid travel document.

Willingness to travel to any part of the world wherever

company feels safe to travel.

Skills:-

Perform troubleshoot on technical problems evaluate

options under circumstances.

Overall focus and awareness on quality.

Good communication skills with excellent verbal and written

English
