We are seeking a passionate and talented Revenue Associate Intern to join our dynamic team.

About Role:

As a Revenue Associate Intern, you will play a crucial role in optimizing hotel performance and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will revolve around executing various strategies to ensure seamless operations and effective revenue management.

Shift timings - 6pm-4am/8pm-6am

Stipend pm

Internship duration - 3 months

Location - Pune(Yerwada)

Work mode - Work from Office(Mon-Fri)

Key Requirements:

● Pricing Updates: Implement timely pricing updates based on market conditions, competition, and internal strategies. Understand this in different brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG etc.

● OTA Management: Manage extranet/portals with online travel agencies (OTAs) and optimise our presence on various platforms to drive bookings. Work on improving our ranking in all OTA's like , Expedia, Airbnb etc

● Rate Shopping: Monitor and record hotel rates to remain competitive.

● Rate Plan (PMS/RMS Config): Configure and manage rate plans in property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems (RMS).

● Available to work from Pune office (from Monday to Friday) and US shift timings.

Key Qualifications:

● Good analytical skills and comfort with numbers.

● Hunger for growth and a proactive approach to making a significant impact.

● Strong problem-solving abilities, including breaking down complex issues and implementing effective solutions.

● Able to work with dynamic teams of Revenue/Sales Managers, Revenue/Sales Associates etc.

● Candidates who graduated in 2025 will be preferred for this role.

Span of Responsibility:

The Revenue Associate Intern role encompasses a range of tasks focusing on execution. Your

responsibilities will include Rate Shopping, Pricing Updates, OTA Execution, Rate Plan
