Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Operations Intern to support our Human Resources and daily business operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and operational process management. It is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to build a career in HR and business operations.
Roles
Assist in recruitment by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding processes and maintain employee documentation.
Manage and update attendance records, and reports.
Coordinate internal communication between teams for smooth operations.
Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
Track task progress and ensure timely follow-ups with team members.
Contribute to improving HR processes and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure smooth joining formalities.
Support daily operational tasks and prepare basic reports for management.
Follow up with teams on task progress and ensure smooth workflow coordination.
Requirements
Any graduate (from any discipline) who is interested in building a career in HR and Operations.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel (Data entry ) and PPTs.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative.
Job Types: Part-time, Internship
Expected hours: 3 – 4 per week
