- Design and deliver synchronous and asynchronous modes of capacity-building initiatives for teachers and students in both online and offline format
- Undertake school visits, and classroom observations and conduct coaching sessions with teachers to support them in integrating Khanmigo into day-to-day teaching practices
- Identify and document the best practices & challenges emerging from the field and proactively prepare training material to scale/address them
- Use data-informed decisions to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the training sessions conducted by the Khan Academy India team
- Work closely with Sr. Lead, Teacher Professional Development to strengthen the existing teacher professional development framework, aligned with the team's overall goals
- 5+ years of experience including 3+ years working on designing & delivering effective training programs for teachers and other education stakeholders, ideally in a government setting
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi is required for this position (Read, write & speak)
- Willingness to travel to different districts to conduct in-person training sessions or school visits.
- Prior teaching experience (will be a plus)
