    Role - Project Engineer - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

    Roles & Responsibility and Requirements -

    • Planning and Execution of MEP work for Infrastructure and industrial projects, specifically warehouse & data centres with pre-engineered buildings, and sub-stations.
    • Coordination with clients, Design Consultants, PMC and all Internal Functions
    • Weekly Project Progress Review of all Projects with the Project head/Project director.
    • Fortnightly Updating top management about progress and MIS of the Projects (Including Cost to Complete).
    • ensuring safety and quality compliance in all works.
    • Leading the Execution function of MEP (Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing) for large-scale industrial and data centre projects (End-to-End Responsibility)
    • Ensuring Planning and Scheduling for All projects with a micro-level 6 Weeks LAP (Look Ahead Plan)
    • Coordinating with other functions and ensuring the execution/implementation is on track with productivity.
    • Interaction with General contractor/contractor, project consultants, and Project Management Team, to ensure the project implementation.
    • Monitoring the Project cost and achieving improvement in Project EBIT through Value Engineering, Execution, PMC cost optimization, etc.
    • Ensuring Proper documentation and communication with all stakeholders.
    • Conducting Weekly Project Reviews with all stakeholders for Engineering Status (TDS & Shop Drawings), project execution plan, change management etc.
    • Follow up with architects, consultants and PMC in case of any technical issues clarification.
    • B.E (Electrical/Mechanical) plus 12-18 years of exp in the execution of MEP/Utility projects.
    • Strong project execution and a reputation for delivering on commitments.
    • Background in managing large-scale projects in various sectors including batteries, pharma, R&D, hospitals, large-scale manufacturing, aerospace, Semiconductors, Specialized Environments, or other large factory builds.
    • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, evolving environment, where processes and structures are being established.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholder
