As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a Senior Documentum Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and modernization of our Documentum platform.

Responsibilities:
• Lead efforts around the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of all current and future components owned by the POD to extend the use of the Documentum platform within the bank, including D2, D2 REST, Xplore, CTS, CMIS, Retention Policy Services, DCTM Jobs, Spring boot Microservices based API, etc.
• Assist with mitigation of severe and critical-level security vulnerabilities tied to all platform components and related middleware within the Enterprise Document Repository eco-system.
• Collaborate with the Tech lead on design responsibilities to document platform architecture, integration, and Disaster recovery objectives.
• Ensure all code (new and refactored) is adequately commented on and adheres to enterprise security standards. Conduct code reviews for the team.
• Contribute to platform modernization efforts, such as establishing DevSecOps pipelines, application containerization, and cloud integration.
• Rapidly troubleshoot production issues related to the Documentum platform.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants to deliver on different transformational initiatives.
• Assist the QA lead with automating testing of all platform components.
• Contribute to writing SOPs\Wiki pages for standardizing platform integrations, development methodologies, and solution design.

Mandatory Skills:

• Documentum certifications would be a big plus.

• 10+ years of experience in Documentum platform development and support.

• 5+ years of extensive development on Documentum D2.

• Experience working with Documentum repository security models.

• Experience with Documentum 16.4 or later versions.

• Experience with Documentum application, platform, and Integration layer security.

• Experience in the design and engineering of Documentum platform solutions.

• Proficiency in Core Java programming and building highly scalable and secure modules.

• Hands-on experience with Documentum platform upgrades, re-architecture, and migration projects.

• Strong understanding of Java design patterns, Spring boot, maven frameworks, Unix/Windows shell scripting, Oracle, SQL & Postgres DBs, REST/SOAP protocols, and XML/JSON data exchange.

• Hands-on experience implementing encryption methodologies and cloud computing concepts, preferably AWS.

• Familiarity with API development practices, DevSecOps, and related tools like GitLab, Ansible, Nexus, and Terraform.

• Knowledge of Database As A Service concepts, AWS S3 storage, and cloud security.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field.
