- Create and Drive Business Process Excellence and Transformation strategies & Projects for F&A Business – P2P, R2R and O2C.
- Help client organizations realize /solve for their strategic business objectives by driving Six-Sigma, Lean projects & tech led transformational projects.
- Identify key operating areas for Operations and drive improvement initiatives (Process Improvement / Transformation / Automation etc.) to attain process excellence.
- Initiate best practice sharing across the team
- Develop new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand/operate.
- Work collaboratively with teams to perform due diligence and work across design, development, testing phases for effective automation solution implementation
- Take responsibility for project activities including work estimation, planning, stakeholder management and project quality
- Skilled in due diligence exercises and identifying, analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining automation solutions for a variety of processes within Finance and Accounting domain for a BPO/BPM organization
- Drive Quality Management System within the vertical.
- Drive Quality Net Savings
- Drive VOC actionable across the team and maintain / improve scores.
- Drive inputs from VOC for improvements.
- Contribute and present in client/customer reviews/meetings.
- Adhere to compliance to quality standards.
