- Responsible for the acquisition of New franchisee partner and expected to drive implementation of organizations business expansion goals to deliver speedily, dependably, cost-effectively and profitable business operations.
- Responsible for the achievement product category wise sale and revenue opportunities by delegating targets to business partners and COCO outlet to drive and resource the potential business opportunities.
- Support marketing initiatives including common events for the State, managing BTL budgets & supervise to ensure implementation in the region.
- New projects: support in Identifying locations, short listing of the site, operational requirements, including manpower hiring, Pre- launch & post launch activities as per SOP.
- Control of the industry viz Competition, Consumer & Cost, ensure full knowledge about the current situation and trends. Integrate the same in operations to gain competitive advantage.
- Managing the development of all supervisory talent in the region, help in hiring, training (pre & post), grooming and planning.
- Responsible for increasing the productivity/efficiency and P&L of State as well as store level.
- Ensure adherence to all defined quality standards including statutory operational compliance.
- Customer relationship management with the view of maximizing customer delight.
- To lead, provide & build operational execution capability at the field.
- To help the store/ State to implement a performance-based review mechanism across all levels.
