    End-to-end Ownership of the QA domain: Take ownership of end-to-end QA practice for product development and delivery, encompassing people management, process refinement, and complete understanding of the tool.


    • Quality Control & Supervision: Take complete ownership to ensure the deliverables are as per requirement


    • Process Enhancement: Develop and implement effective QA processes to ensure consistent product quality and timely delivery, while proactively identifying opportunities for process refinement.


    • Team Leadership and Growth: Mentor and train new joiners. Provide guidance and training to the team.


    • Effective Communication: Provide regular and comprehensive test summaries and updates to senior management, both internally and externally, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.


    • Documentation: Develop, Track, and maintain documentation of the current system, upgrades, requirements, etc. as prescribed by the Business Analyst


    • RCA: Assist in performing root cause analysis of the user bugs

    What do we expect:


    • A minimum of 5 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years of proven experience in a quality assurance management role for an insurance domain client / company or a similar capacity is desirable.


    • Proven experience in successfully delivering testing for large-scale data projects.


    • Extensive experience in Functional, UI, Regression, Automation, and Performance testing is essential.


    • Strong proficiency in test estimation, planning, reporting, and control, with hands-on experience banking domain.


    • Experience of working with Azure boards.


    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to executives, senior managers, and associates across business and technology sectors.


    • Certification in quality control (e.g., ISTQB, Agile Software Test Professional) is a strong advantage.


    • Experience working in the insurance or BFSI domain is preferred.


    • Ability to prepare test data using automation test frameworks (e.g., Selenium) or scripting knowledge is desirable.


    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university.


    • Ability to work under pressure and take ownership


    • Be available and on top of deliverables and deployment
