    Global Asset Management

    Global Asset Management, the investment arm of the HSBC Group, caters to a diverse range of clients worldwide, including retail and private customers, intermediaries, corporations, and institutions. By maintaining a network of offices globally, Global Asset Management connects HSBC's clients with investment opportunities worldwide, offering insights into local markets.

    We are currently in search of a seasoned professional to join the AMIN Sales & Distribution team.

    The role entails overseeing the distributor channel network, such as Banks, National Distributors, and IFAs, to enhance product visibility through innovative marketing strategies and achieve sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage key distributors in Banks, including Wealth and Personal Banking segments, and National Distributors
    • Collaborate with Group Distribution entities to bolster the network
    • Expand distribution channels and opportunities within the IFA segment
    • Identify new areas for business growth and potential partnerships to increase market share
    • Cultivate regional relationships and handle key institutional clients
    • Exemplify ethical business conduct and uphold HSBC values

    The role may involve direct client interactions, requiring a mature individual with strong sales and communication skills who can navigate market discussions effectively.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in mutual fund products
    • Excellent selling skills and business acumen
    • Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
    • Interest in client-facing, sales-oriented roles
    • Ideally a postgraduate with several years of experience; AMFI certification preferred
    • Candidates without the required experience or education but with a passion for mutual fund sales are encouraged to apply

    The position is based in Trivandrum, India

    Additional Information:

    • Completion of Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and assessment is mandatory
