    Job Description

    The Distributions Services Intern or Reservations Systems Intern plays a crucial role in implementing and ensuring the accuracy of the hotel revenue strategy across key systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Pricing & Yield Management: Implement RMS/Revenue Manager pricing recommendations and decisions across channels/systems, including restrictions, overbooking, allotments, pricing changes, and rate parity.
    • Channel Maintenance: Open/close, adjust free-sale FIT/Wholesaler rates and availability via channel manager (or operator's extranets), maintain, and update the channel manager accordingly.
    • Rate Management: Load new rate requests (as per SLA) including corporate negotiated rates, FIT/Wholesaler, group rates, pricing structures, room types, 3rd party partners rollout, loyalty offers, and promotional activities.
    • CRS Auditing: Ensure CRS accuracy through regular audits.
    • Revenue Optimization Projects: Support the implementation of key Revenue Optimization related projects, including new pricing models, room types, EMMA, and more.

    Education and Language

    • Minimum Education: Pursuing Bachelor or Master degree in Hospitality or Business Administration.
    • Language Skills: Fluent English both written and spoken; another European language is a plus.
