MetroMax Group is a group of several companies specializing in Logistics domain. MetroMax Solutions is a part of the MetroMax Group which offers BPO and IT services.

We have 500+ team members. We are based out of Atlanta, Bangalore, and Jaipur.

Our India center acts as a Backoffice for our US operations and offers IT and BPO services to other clients.

Our India office grew their employee count by 417% last year and continues to drive the growth for entire business.

Designation - Technical Project Manager

Work timing - 12 AM - 9 PM IST

Working Days - 5 Days

Location - Kudlu Gate, Bangalore

Reporting to - IT Head

Working from Office


Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or queries, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resource Management: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers, designers, and quality assurance professionals to allocate resources effectively, prioritize tasks, and resolve any resourcerelated issues.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges within projects, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and client expectations before final delivery.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documentation to facilitate effective project management and communication.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in postproject reviews to identify lessons learnt, areas for improvement, and best practices to enhance project delivery processes and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years Project Management in the Software industry. PMP Certification is a plus.
• Prior experience working in React and Python technologies will be a significant plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple software projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
• Detailoriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
