    Description

    We are looking for an enthusiastic & energetic internal sales associate (junior)- digital/event sales to join our growing team. The candidate will be required to collaborate and assist in the implementation of various sales strategies at Sophos Knowledge Services and its products/affiliates.

    We value previous outside sales experience, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. It is not a door-to-door sales job.

    Key responsibilities:

    1. Outcall and connect with new prospects in a day and follow up/engage with already contacted leads daily to achieve sales targets

    2. Engage with candidates on telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, chats, etc.

    3. Build high-quality engagement-driven discussions with prospective candidates and enrol them in our learning programs

    4. Data-driven sales management: Manage the entire sales funnel from the lead stage to conversion and build an engagement-based sales model by working effectively on CRM

    5. Focus on high-quality sales and adherence to solid sales processes

    6. Achieve monthly sales goals by establishing new clients and re-servicing existing clients

    7. Report daily sales activity and results to the sales team manager

    8. Develop relationships & following up with potential clients and prospects

    9. Establish new clients and start business accounts, and as your personally established book of business grows, will then shift to upselling and maintaining your existing accounts

    Who can apply:

    1. BE/ B.Tech or MBA (without regard to major)

    2. Knowledge of management basics

    3. Outgoing and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills

    4. Organized; able to plan and execute it properly with minimal or no supervision

    5. Presents well in both formal and casual business environments

    6. Tech savvy, especially in the social media domain

    7. Professional proficiency in tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

    8. Excellent communication, listening & conviction skills

    9. English Full professional proficiency (level 4/5)

    10. Hindi Professional working proficiency (level 4/5)

    11. Any other Limited working proficiency (level 2/5) (optional)

    12. Working effectively as part of a team
