    Description

    Our client operates as a technology solution provider focusing on the global insurance sector. Here are the key responsibilities for the position:

    Role: Technical Architect – Life Insurance

    Location: Pune/Mumbai

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as a specialist for the Company's solution assets in Life Insurance, guiding customers and prospects on leveraging platform assets for creating various solutions
    • Collaborate with prospects and customers to design how the company's solution can align with their current system setup and integrate with existing systems
    • Create comprehensive system and integration architectures for solution deployments
    • Enhance expertise of implementation teams on the company's solution assets through acquiring knowledge from R&D teams and providing training
    • Work closely with R&D teams to propose and contribute to the development of new features/enhancements for the product assets

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Educational Requirement: BE/BTech/MCA/MBA IT
    • Relevant Experience: Java, J2EE, Java Architecture, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Core Life Insurance Applications
    • 8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Architecture roles specific to Life Insurance industry
    • Extensive experience in Java, open-source frameworks, and Cloud platforms
    • Proficiency in software development, enterprise architecture, and team management
    • Strong background in Java, RESTful Web Services, Spring framework, Microservices, Spring boot, and SSO
    • Preference for Cloud-Native application design exposure
    • Sound knowledge of modern development methodologies like DevOps and Cloud
    • Expertise in architecting and deploying multi-tiered and serverless applications on cloud environments
    • Adept at providing architectural leadership across various responsibilities
    • Familiarity with Life Insurance Core PAS solution implementations and integrations
    • In-depth understanding of life insurance business processes, especially Core PAS and digital insurance
    • Ability to align architectural recommendations with business requirements and client environment
    • Proven track record in defining end-to-end technical Architecture for complex systems
    • Experience with other enterprise solutions such as Accounting, Document Management, BPM/Workflow, Output Management, and Reporting/BI
    • Extensive experience in creating solutions based on client needs and estimation
    • Effective communication of technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
