    Overview

    We are seeking a part-time Litigation Manager to manage a portfolio of 15–20 litigation and dispute matters across various locations.

    • Maintain matter plans, deadlines, calendars, and document sets; drive consistent forward progress.
    • Manage counsel by defining scope, coordinating strategy, monitoring performance, reviewing work product; sourcing/transitioning counsel as needed.
    • Establish and maintain a matter tracker with standardized fields (status, next steps, key dates, exposure,spend.probability,and documents).
