    Experience: 8 -12 years.

    Must Have


    • Lead the Scrum process within software development.


    • Deliver business value through development and execution.


    • Work with Product Owners to ensure the appropriate development and delivery of the prioritized backlog.


    • Facilitate discussion, decision-making and conflict resolution. Assist the team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, task definition, and sizing.


    • Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the ability to deliver against the commitments


    • Strong expertise on either SQL & Oracle PL/SQL or Java or any open source technology with hands-on development & implementation experience


    • Ability to review the work done by the team and guide them in case of roadblocks.

    Good to Have


    • Scrum Master Certification


    • Knowledge of Banking Domain

    Qualification: Masters / Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or related field
