    As the Head of Marketing(B2B), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing strategy.

    Your primary focus will be on driving demand generation initiatives, with a particular emphasis on account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, which will account for 60% of your responsibilities.

    Simultaneously, you will contribute to brand building efforts, which will carry a 40% weightage.


    What you will do:

    Demand Generation with Account-Based Marketing (60%):

    • Developing and executing demand generation strategies, with a strong emphasis on account
    • based marketing (ABM), to meet lead generation goals aligned with business objectives.
    • Identifying and targeting key accounts through personalized marketing campaigns and content targeting decision makers, blockers and influencers in the identified accounts.
    • Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure marketing and sales objectives are aligned within ABM efforts.
    • Monitoring and reporting on the number of leads generated through ABM channels and assessing their quality.
    • Continuously optimizing ABM campaigns to improve conversion rates and engagement with target accounts
    • Creating and implementing campaigns to engage and nurture leads from target accounts throughout the sales funnel.
    • Analyzing and assessing the effectiveness of demand generation, particularly ABM efforts, making datadriven adjustments as necessary.

    Brand Building (40%):

    • Leading brand building strategies to enhance our online reputation and visibility.
    • Implementing a reputation monitoring strategy to track mentions, reviews, and sentiment across all platforms.
    • Responding to negative feedback or issues within X hours to mitigate potential damage.
    • Developing a monthly reputation report highlighting positive trends and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging in all marketing materials.
    • Measuring and reporting on the success of brand building initiatives, tracking key performance metrics.

    What you need to have:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on demand generation and accountbased marketing.
    • A proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing strategies,particularly in lead generation and ABM.
    • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
    • Outstanding communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
