Its flagship product, Rotimatic, enables users to make flatbreads with the touch of a button in flat 90 seconds (about 1 and a half minutes).

    Rotimatic is a modern kitchen appliance brand that is working on a unique category & needs space for fully automating flatbread making process. The product has received a lot of love from its 1,00,000+ users and has grown basis word of mouth & strong consumer value proposition. The product is particularly relevant for the NRI audiences who live away from family and do not have access to a cook.

    Key KRAs

    Develop, Drive & Deliver business strategies, outcomes, growth, and increase profitability. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Growth – Marketing & Sales.

    Responsibilities:

    You would be

    • Working closely with product marketing, inside sales and product teams/agencies to deliver on the revenue growth.
    • Developing and executing business strategies that align with the company's overall goals and PnL and objectives.
    • Working closely with co-founders for deliverables, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Analyzing business data and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new and existing products (shared KRA)
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
    • Work with the paid & CRM marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Work with Product Marketing teams to manage product launches and ensure a smooth and successful rollout for any initiatives such as

    -New Product Launch

    -Sales

    -Gamifications

    -Alliance based marketing events (Offline or Online)

    Must-haves:

    • Have a grasp and good understanding of analytics (business and paid)
    • Deep understanding of the role brand plays in long term revenue growth
    • Must have had revenue accountability upwards of 10M per year
    • Have a solid successful background in full funnel marketing
    • Have a deep understanding of paid marketing, CRM and CRO.
    • Have an experience of offline channels.
    • Have a proficiency in analyzing business data to identify opportunities and decision making.
    • Have 5-8 years of experience in managing sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth.
    • Have proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
    • Understand financial metrics and implications related to business decisions.
    • Have strong leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team towards common objectives.
    • Tech Educational background is preferred but not mandatory.
