Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote services. Engage with prospects in a friendly and persuasive manner. Overcome Objections: Address concerns or objections raised by prospects. Provide additional information to alleviate doubts and encourage a positive response.

Maintain Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of calls, including outcomes and follow-up actions. Update customer information in the database.

Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads. Build and maintain a rapport with potential customers.

Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant teams.
