Alternate Saturday Week off - 2nd, 4th & 5th

Location: Phoenix Market City of Kurla

Job Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:

• Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
• Proactively search for active and passive candidates to build a strong pool of talent.
• Develop and maintain a talent database for future hiring needs.

Screening and Assessment:

• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates that match the job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability, experience, and qualifications.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, either in-person or through video conferencing.

Interview Coordination:

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide necessary interview details and guidance to both parties.
• Gather feedback from interviewers and candidates to aid in the decision-making process.

Candidate Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep candidates informed about the status of their application and the progress of the recruitment process.

Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

• Assist in the negotiation of job offers with selected candidates.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
