    Achieve Organic Growth through Magic

    We are seeking a Specialist who has successfully grown app downloads to millions organically – no ad spend required, just optimization expertise.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Owning and executing our entire ASO strategy for Google Play Store to drive maximum visibility and discoverability.
    • Conducting deep keyword research and competitor analysis to maximize rankings and performance.
    • Optimizing app title, short description, long description, icon, screenshots, feature graphics, and tags for improved conversions.
    • Performing regular A/B testing on creative assets to boost conversion rates and stay ahead of the competition.
    • Monitoring performance metrics (downloads, rankings, retention, reviews) and continuously iterating for improvement.
    • Staying up-to-date with the latest Play Store algorithm updates and ASO trends to ensure optimal results.
    • Collaborating closely with design, product, and marketing teams to align efforts and drive success.

    We're Looking for a Proven Specialist

    • A proven track record of growing apps to 10M+ organic installs through ASO.
    • A deep understanding of Google Play Store algorithms and ranking factors to inform data-driven decisions.
    • Experience with ASO tools like AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, or similar to streamline workflow.
    • Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions based on data, not intuition.
    • A creative mindset for testing and optimizing visual assets to drive engagement.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    Nice to Have: Additional Skills

    • Experience in ASO in the Indian market and localization strategies to tap into regional opportunities.
    • A background in mobile marketing or SEO to bring additional expertise to the table.
    • Previous work with apps in social media or related platforms to leverage existing knowledge.
