Job Role for Academic Counselor
Connecting and Counseling working professionals for Career Development Programs.
Cold calling the leads and database and converting to sales.
Promoting management programs as per the profile of the candidate
Maintaining connections with the candidates through meetings, calls, and mailers.
Maintaining Database and records of the candidates
Achieving the assigned Targets on monthly basis.
Following Pre and Post Sales procedures.
Actively contribute as a team player to encourage sales.
Competency in sales - Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results - Passionate about sales
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
What we are looking for
4-6 years experience in Tele-Sales function in fast-paced ed tech start-ups - Mastery in building, getting buy-in, and executing plans, and staying focused on getting it done in a fast-moving, technical environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to explain and translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive communications.
Adept at using data and analytics to track and measure results and inform decisionmaking and strategy direction - High on performance and ownership
