Hotel Satyam inn is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping operations to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring their performance
Train new housekeeping employees on cleaning procedures and standards
Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to housekeeping services
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a housekeeping role preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work a rotational or day shift schedule
Salary: ₹6, ₹10,000.00 per month
