- Responsible for Liaisoning for finance by debt syndication with banks / institutions, including preparation of financial model.
- Liaisoning and negotiating with Financial Intermediaries for raising Project Finance, Working Capital arrangement & Debt syndication etc
- Preparing Financial Models, Business Plans & Presentations for the projects
- Preparation of Financial Project Reports, Filling CMA Data, Financial Analysis, Credit Appraisal, Project Viability, Bank Finance to support the loan requirement.
- Negotiation with lenders with respect to sanction terms viz. interest, tenure, margin, repayment, security, & other compliances
- Ensure stage wise disbursal of borrowed fund with cash flow management.
