    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in Majesco Billing to join our insurance technology team.

    The ideal candidate will have strong experience in billing systems within the property and casualty (P&C) insurance domain, with a deep understanding of Majesco Billing platform functionalities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Majesco Billing: Provide in-depth knowledge and support on Majesco Billing solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
    • Analyze and Document Business Requirements: Gather, document, and validate business requirements and processes related to billing operations, ensuring accurate translation into system requirements.
    • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, testers, and project managers to ensure alignment on deliverables, fostering open communication and collaboration.
    • Define System Requirements: Develop functional and non-functional system requirements for enhancements and customizations in Majesco Billing, aligning with business needs and objectives.
    • Integrate with Vendors: Collaborate with Majesco and third-party vendors on integration points and configurations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient data exchange.
    • Assist in System Configuration and Testing: Support data mapping, billing rules configuration, payment processing, dunning, write-offs, and other billing features, ensuring accurate implementation and testing.
    • Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose resolutions related to the billing platform, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
    • Participate in Agile/Scrum Ceremonies: Engage actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring deliverables are on track, and contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement.
