- Lead a team of AEM developers and provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality delivery of AEM projects.
- Define and implement development methodologies, coding standards, and best practices for AEM development projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines and milestones.
- Design and architect scalable and maintainable AEM solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and extension of AEM components, templates, and workflows to support digital experience initiatives.
- Manage the deployment and release process for AEM applications, including configuration management, version control, and environment setup.
- Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting activities to ensure the stability and performance of AEM applications.
- Stay updated with the latest AEM features, capabilities, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams, including UX/UI designers, content authors, and QA testers, to deliver integrated digital experiences across multiple channels and devices.
- Provide leadership and support for AEM-related initiatives, including platform upgrades, migration projects, and integration efforts.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an AEM Developer or similar role, with years of experience in AEM development.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related Adobe Experience Cloud products.
- Hands-on experience with AEM development tools and technologies, including AEM components, templates, workflows, and OSGi bundles.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is desirable.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of developers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) certifications in AEM are desirable.
